These Terms of Service govern your use of the RingForgeFootwear website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Products

We sell boxing and combat-sport footwear from brands including Nike, Winning and Mizuno. We describe and photograph every product as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly between screens and weights and measurements are approximate. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. RingForgeFootwear is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands.

2. Sizing

Size guides are provided on each product page. You are responsible for selecting the correct size. Items ordered in the wrong size are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Prices and payment

Prices may change without notice. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment providers. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, stock unavailability or bulk/resale purchasing, and will refund any payment taken.

5. Shipping and returns

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and shipped in 4–7 business days. Returns are accepted for defective products only, reported within 14 days of delivery, and are refunded — we do not offer exchanges or replacements. Return shipping is always paid by the customer. 6. Use of products

Boxing shoes are sports equipment intended for use on suitable surfaces such as ring canvas and gym floors. We are not liable for injuries arising from training, sparring or competition. Check your federation's rules on footwear before competing.

7. Intellectual property

Website text, original photography and design belong to RingForgeFootwear and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Payment disputes

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute — most issues are resolved faster directly. We will provide order and tracking records to your card issuer in any dispute.
